Great seasoning, fantastic taste, and goes well with beef or bison. Very happy with this purchase.

Great, But!

It is a great spice blend ruined by salt.
It has so much salt in it that you can barely get any on meat without it getting to salty before you can even taste the other spices. This would be perfect and useful with less salt. I have all the salt I need and can add it myself, no need for salt in this mix.

There is a very minimal amount of canola oil in the Montreal seasoning, but we are working on a formulation that eliminates this!

Would be even better with a “grinder”-type dispenser vs. pour-type.
