I absolutely LOVE the chocolate and really thought I was going to love the vanilla as well but it’s a total miss for me. I know it says there are no artificial sweeteners but to me the whole thing tastes fake, and it has a funky smell. Chocolate yes, vanilla no.
I admit that the taste at first wasnt exactly my favorite, until I figured out how to combine it the right way. And OMG!!! So good!
I have major gut issues, and this doesnt affect my gut at all.
I also noticed that my hair seemed to suddenly grow longer over night. My skin looks better and my hair looks healthier.
I cant say how it has affected my gym sessions as I have adjusted my diet as well…but I have felt stronger than ever and am recovering better as well.

I use Carnivora almost daily. My favorite way is to mix it into Greek yogurt along with some creatine and to add strawberries or blueberries on top. It’s not chalky at all and I don’t have any stomach upset.
I've been using this protein for about 6 months or so, and I love it. It tastes really good, doesn't bother my stomache, love the ingredients, and will continue to use it as long as they don't change the formula.

Best protein I've ever had.
This has been my lunch for the past 2 weeks. I mix a scoop with my home fermented yogurt-1cup. It is very tasty and definitely helps me meet my protein intake for the day. As a 72 year old female, I also appreciate the collagen and organ foods.
Finally! A delicious chocolate shake with no weird after taste and doesn’t upset me stomach! I feel great!
This protein powder is the best one I’ve tried next to H&S, I like this one better because it’s formulated for woman.

Love the product and have ordered several times. I mainly mix with whole milk for breakfast but have also added to my coffee, hot and cold. Keeps me full and hits the sweet spot for my sweet tooth. No problem with the product dissolving totally in whatever liquid I use, non-clumping powder.
It tastes great, if it sits to long it starts to separate. I blend it with milk & ice.
I am spoiled and can’t stand the flavor of other protein powders now. My daughter has never liked protein powders, ever, loves this one. It’s even better than Steak Shake, and that was the best in my opinion. It doesn’t mix perfectly in a shaker, but put in t magic bullet or blender with a little ice and milk and it tastes like dessert. Yum!

I bought this even though I'm not a woman because of the extra iron and magnesium. I didn't realize the iron in the vanilla I ordered was minimal, and not the 15% like in the chocolate. This gives me mixed feelings because chocolate actually inhibits iron absorption. The vanilla tasted great and about the same as the regular total carnivore shake. Overall a great product.
