I am used to the LMNT. So I prefer lit to be a bit more salty in flavor and maybe a little less sweet

I ordered the product to try it, choosing the blueberry/lemon flavor. It tastes great and does the job. I’ll be using it after heavy exercise in the heat this summer for sure.

I've been using this for a few weeks and I've felt improvement in recovery and overall well being. Im going to order more and my wife wants to start using it also.
I love the Salted Caramel flavor. It's now my go-to drink mix for workouts at the gym and everyday hydration. I do miss the single-serving packs, however, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I do Search and Rescue and I used to put a single-serving pack or two in my gear so I could mix in with water as I go. Now I can only mix my drink at home. I bought a container of the Blueberry Lemon flavor for variety but I don't like it. That one tastes like artificially-flavored candy. I have to add real lime juice to that flavor. In the future, I will stick to only the Salted Caramel flavor.

My wife bought this for me thinking it could be good. Tried it this morning and had a hard time getting through it. She got the Blueberry lemon, and it tastes like the most fake blueberry that you could imagine, zero lemon flavor. Its absolutely way too sweet as well. All together the worst Hydration drink Ive ever drank.
A sugar derivative would make more sense for this brand, as sucralose destroys the gut microbiome. “Natural flavors” can essentially be anything as it’s unregulated. Hard pass and disappointed.
It's definitely sweet, so I add it to 20 ounces of water before my workouts. I'll probably do chocolate next time, but I definitely feel like my workouts have improved

It is wonderful in my coffee. I drink it everyday. Sometimes twice day.
Love adding to my morning coffee! Saves me calories bc if I add a small bit to my black coffee it's so tasty I no longer need my splash of cream. I look forward to my morning coffee with 1 scoop creatine and I use less than half scoop of the salted caramel
