This is one of the best tasting protein products I have ever tasted. It doesn’t hurt my stomach and I am using it on an empty stomach for a breakfast meal. I can’t speak to the protein absorption and all of that biology stuff, but I can say it tastes amazing (chocolate and vanilla malt are my favorites) and it doesn’t hurt the GI tract.

Great product but once you sign up good luck figuring out how to change your order frequency or cancel. Easy to order but hard to cancel or change. I called to cancel and was put on hold and then after a wait was told nobody could help me. I suggest just ordering as needed rather than locking into an auto-order system that's rigged so it's hard to escape. Like I said, it's a great product but I give it one star for the reason noted in this review.
