I recently submitted a review for three stars due to their poor logistics and fulfillment, but within you saw for to delete it or just not post it. So I’m dropping a star and attempting to post again. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT WHEN YOU NEED IT!! I can’t stress this enough. A prime example…my shipping label was created two days ago and there has been zero movement. The carrier has not even received the package. What is the point of having a subscription when you MIGHT get it here in five to 10 days of subscription date!? I know these are first world problems…but c’mon.

Great product…if you ever get it.

Arguably the best product on the market. The problem I’ve had is with the absolute maddening unpredictability of the fulfillment. I have had a subscription for over a year that is SCHEDULED to refill every two weeks. Unfortunately the fulfillment team may take one to four days to process your subscription. Then, they will “create shipping label” so I can be charged, although my shipment typically takes another one to three days to make it from West Sacramento to Sacramento proper. Finally, we are left at the mercy of the USPS….which we all know is absolute garbage. So all this to say…. In the day and age of subscription culture and life run by “just in time delivery”, if you go with this company, you will most likely NEVER get your subscription in time. Within you will recommend paying more for shipping to “ensure” more punctual subscriptions, but then you are looking at $100 an order. So…jist know what your dealing with before giving up the loot.

So far all the flavors I have tried are great! Even my husband who hates “health food “loves his milkshakes. Since he has one nearly every day and it is very filling, he has lost over 30 pounds without any exercise in the last eight months. Your steak shakes have been a key component in that journey! Thank you for making an excellent product for the whole family.
